In my counseling practice, I facilitate folks to listen to their inner voice, that gut feeling that gives us insight into the needs of our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits. Working in a non-judgmental and empathetic way, my approach creates and holds a space to help people move their challenges into a conscious light where they can use their inner guidance to build a healthy and confident sense of self. The deeper we know ourselves; the more likely change is to occur.

I utilize the therapeutic relationship to develop a safe environment that fosters vulnerability and authenticity. We can work together to help you understand how you arrived where you are and how your strengths and resiliency can guide you to where you want to be. I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults and families and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, psychodynamic work and trauma-informed treatment.
