I have been fortunate enough for the past 25 years to work with adolescents and families in a variety of settings. I joined the Centerpoint team in 2010 to continue my work as an individual family and therapist. I work from a strength based family focused view and see all clients as individuals existing in complex systems.

I provide co-occurring treatment to adolescents and families using a client centered, family focused approach. Through the use of narrative therapy I work to help people tell and understand their life story and to allow them to design their next chapter. A key component of my practice is in developing a collaborative, compassionate, authentic and comfortable therapeutic relationship with clients. I want clients to feel therapy is a safe place in exploring the past, feeling grounded in the present and having hope for the future.

I have a strong background in co-occurring treatment and experience working with people who struggle with Depressive Disorders, Anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and navigating complex family systems.

I truly enjoy working with families and helping them navigate all the twists and turns that they encounter on their journey. In my role as a therapist I am here to listen, help teach and utilize new skills, and challenge adolescents and families to see there can be new ways to live their lives, and most importantly to help them believe in themselves.
