(he, him)
I have provided substance use and mental health counseling in different settings for over 24 years, with the last 21 years being at Centerpoint. I offer individual, family/parent support, and group counseling, using several different clinical approaches, including, but not limited to, 7 Challenges, Seeking Safety, and MET/CBT, through the lens of cognitive-behavioral therapy.

As a counselor I believe that health and happiness is achieved by addressing the whole person. I work with adolescents, young adults, and their families experiencing a wide range of challenges, including: substance use; anxiety/emotional regulation; depression; trauma (PTSD); identity formation; and transition-age issues.  I work with clients and their families in a supportive non-judgmental way to develop coping skills and strategies and develop insight, to help them find their own answers to their own questions.
