Eric Castonguay, LCMHC LADC

As a mental health and substance abuse counselor, I focus on helping people reestablishing a relationship with themselves and also helping people creating healthy relationships with one another.  I support individuals and their families developing awareness of their potential, using their strengths when times are difficult, and becoming in touch with their authentic sense of self. You can expect that anything is possible in your counseling experience when it comes to accomplishing your goals. Whether it is healing, skill development or exploration you are looking for. I hold continuous curiosity, appropriate accountability, and deep listening that honors the unique creative progression of your life’s journey and your unique family lineage.

My experience includes working with adolescents, parents, and families that have been impacted by trauma, incarceration, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I also work with blended and adoptive families and families in general that is seeking to make meaning of their difficulty and are hoping to find healthy ways of connecting with each other.  My education in transpersonal psychology, graduate certificates in children and infant mental, as well as my 14 years of experience in the healing arts field has given me the skills and expertise to support you and your family towards your connection and wellness goals.
